Welcome to Yogic Theatrix
A bit about the Founder:
A graduate from The Oxford School of Drama and a fully qualified yoga teacher, Amelia set up Yogic Theatrix out of her passion and training both as an actress and as a yoga practitioner. Her passion for both yoga and theatre are certainly entwined within Yogic Theatrix. She is also a qualified counsellor and finds this can be a beneficial qualification here. Yoga offers many effective therapeutic benefits whilst the 'Theatrix' offers a creative therapeutic dimension too. Yogic Theatrix is a very fluid concept which can adapt to the needs of the child / group accordingly.
The classes are creative and fun, whilst offering insight into how the body works, how we breathe and how we can tell stories through movement and characterisation.

Yogic Theatrix is a creative, playful, imaginative way of storytelling through movement, body awareness, improvisation & character building.
It is suitable for children from 3yrs - 17yrs old.
